This is a bright silver and gold tone metal buckle with an engraved scroll design and black enamel accents, marked: German Silver, made by Comstock Silversmiths, in the 1970s-80s. It is in pretty nice used condition, as shown in the photos it does have some wear and tear from age and use. It does have some scratches, so it could use a good buff and polish. It measures approximately 3-1/4" x 2-1/4", fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and weighs about 2.5 oz.
