Cool Z Fujigen ZST-M10R Stratocaster Strat Candy Apple Red 24.75" Scale

Description: Up for sale is a CoolZ ZST-M10R Stratocaster electric guitar in a very nice Candy Apple Red metallic finish made by the Fujigen factory in Japan exclusively for the Shimamura Music Store chain. The Fujigen factory is famous for manufacturing guitars in the 80’s and 90’s for Ibanez and Fender Japan among other brands. This factory has been very famous for their impeccable quality on fit and finish on all guitars they produced and continues to produce.For some of you that are not aware, the Fujigen factory started producing guitars with their own brand name called Fujigen also (FGN).This particular model features a unique and proprietary design for the frets called CFS – circle fretting system which greatly improves tuning, intonation and playability – below is a link explaining the CFS that is employed by many Fujigen made guitars.The neck shape is a comfortable C shape – not very thin but definitely not too thick. The width at the nut is about 1 5/8” (42mm) and the scale is 24.75” (Les Paul scale) and as a result less string tension. There is almost no visible wear on the frets (medium jumbo) and the radius on the fretboard is 9 1/2”. The back of the neck behing the fretboard has a factory satin finish - the shinny lacquer is applied to the front and back of the headstock.There are no significant scratches or nicks. There are some fine finish cracks from the neck pocket to the body - see photo. All the electronics appear to be original. The pots are lilttle scratchy. The pickups sound really good, like a typical good Stratocaster with "hotter" output. Sorry but I did not get the tremolo arm with this one. The plastic on the pickguard has not been peeled off - this guitar has not been played much at all.The fit and finish of these guitars are excellent rivaling other more famous brands that costs way more. The guitar weighs 6lbs 15oz.For shipping, I will bubble wrap it really good and will place it inside a generic gig bag that I got with this guitar.This guitar is being sold "as is" (no returns) and I will only ship to the continental US.
