These big ladles need to be stored in their own cloth instead of being in a drawer or bottom of a silverware chest. So, lesson is - store your large flatware pieces in their own bags or cloths to keep this kind of wear from happening.I will be sending a drawstring bag with this piece to use until you can get a nice tarnish proof cloth to store it in.
