CB500 CB550 Four Keihin Carb rebuilt O-ring set 4x (VITON rubber)

Description: New Honda CB500 CB550 four /4 revision O-ring sets for all 4 carbs. See pictures for explanation and the correct type of carb for the early seventies. Mentioned O-rings are known to get brittle over the years and most of the times the needles and jets only need cleaning no replacement. O-rings are produced from VITON rubber, which is extremely resistant to fuel / petrol Sets include only the following O-rings not the hardware parts: 4x O-ring for main jet 4x O-ring for fuel cut off housing 8x O-ring for fuel T-piece between carbs and black fuel connectors to the outer carbs 4x O-ring for float bowl drain screw 4x O-ring for float bowl sealing Instructions for mounting: replace O-ring using a little bit of WD40 or Vaseline spray, position the parts in their housings by using slight force and turning. In this way the O-ring will not shear. When placing the O-ring for the float bowl sealing, first apply some glue / sealant in the corners of the groove, then place the O-ring and give it some time.
