The case has a lovely engine turned design with a strong castle wall hinge which makes this a very nice piece. The case has a very lovely engraved wavy design surrounding the outer circumference. The case has a beautiful soft Gilt inlay and the case opens with ease where the hinges are in great working order and closes flush on all edges. The lid has a PUSH BUTTON CATCH which is strong and secure. Overall this case is in great condition with no repairs or dents. There are some very small marks inside the case but hardly noticeable at all. The case has a very weighty feel due to its good gauge and it has a lovely tactile feel. Please refer to the photographs.
