Description: 1965 BSA A65 Lightning Rocket Motorcycle Project This is a project bike, crusty and dusty from long-term storage. Ran when parked, and engine turns over freely. No broken/damaged engine cooling fins. Twin Amal Concentric carbs (not the original Monoblocs) but no air filters. Boyer ignition. I believe the front forks and wheel are from a 1971 OIF A65. Incorrect handlebars- they are from a 1970 BSA B25. The front fender is not included in the sale. Not sure if I have the missing side covers. No battery and a flat rear tire. Odometer shows 18224 miles. Frame #A50B 42XX, engine #A65D 20XX ('D' indicates Lightning Rocket engine). Clear title. Bring a trailer. Located in Chatham, Massachusetts.
