It was drawn in honor of Christopher Rush, who was the original Black Lotus artist. It's been in a sleeve and top-load card protector since the day I got it.He did this on the back of an Artist proof. As you may know the Artist proofs are just like real cards on the front but have blank backs and are given to the artists in limited numbers to do with as they please. They are highly collectible on their own but with a sketch on the back they become extremely unique and collectible.
