Here is my best assessment as a non-expert: The hardcover book measures approx. 9 by 6 ½ inches. The cover is has light wear, scuffing and rubbing, some small stains, gilt is somewhat faded. The spine end is fair, some darkening and small stains, noticeable wear on the ends The boards and corners are fair, some denting and scuffing. The hinges and binding are fair, there is cracking and separation on front hinge, some pulling and beginnings of looseness. See photos where some pages have come lose in the front. The pages are good, some toning and darkening from age.
