Description: Selling this amazing vintage Barbie clone doll from the late 1950's to mid-1960's. Her head is unmarked, and her original body has been replaced by a 1961 #5 Ponytail Barbie's. I am pretty sure the head is from a Miss Babette by Eegee, but since it is not marked, I cannot affirm it. She looks almost identical to other two doll heads that I have which are marked E G with a number in between (and this all in the back of her neck). Wendy by Uneeda, Miss Babette by Eegee, and several others came out as Barbie and Bild Lilli clones and not all of them were marked or more than one mold was used for different dolls. She has red hair with blond "highlights" and she still retains her original hairdo, a high bun up do with cute bangs, which holds in amazing condition. She wears a Barbie dress, "Garden Party". Her shoes are also Barbie's, light pink open toe sandals made in Japan.
