Description: My maternal grandparents had a family friend who crafted wooden items like bowls, stools and small kitchen items. This list holder for rolled paper was in my grandmother’s kitchen my entire life. I think it’s cherry or walnut, and it has a wonderful hardwood feel to it. I don’t know what the dial-shaped gizmo at the top is; but, it was probably a found or leftover object he applied to the top for a nifty decoration. I especially love the brass screws on the back and how the brass are so finely nailed into the piece of wood that holds the receipt paper end down. It measures 12-7/8” tall x 4-1/8” wide. The paper roll is 3” wide: you’ll want to make sure the center hole is the appropriate width so the rod can fit through it properly. The last photo shows how the paper roll holder comes apart. This is in near mint condition; there is no damage at all. All photographs are considered to be an equal part of the item’s description, so please view them carefully. It is my commitment to describe my items accurately and completely, so that you won’t have to worry about asking questions; however, don’t hesitate to reach out to me…I usually respond within a few hours. All items come from a smoke and pet free home. I try to use as much recycled product in my packaging, aiming for sustainability, rather than fancy presentation, so it might be funky, but it’ll be safely and sustainably packaged!
