Antique 1916 Hawkes Vinegar & Oil Clear Glass Cruet Etched w/Matching Stopper

Description: Up for sale is an antique etched glass vinegar and oil cruet made by the T. G. Hawkes Glass Company of Corning, New York. The glass stopper has an etched diamond pattern that matches the diamond pattern on the sides of the cruet. Both the stopper and the cruet are etched with the number “43” and both are marked on the bottom with the Hawkes insignia. The bottom of the cruet also is marked with a patent date of June 20, 1916. The cruet and stopper are in very good condition with no chips or cracks. There are some water stains on the lower part of the cruet.
