Description: I’ve had this piece for quite some time and still haven’t been able to narrow down when this piece was made or who it was made by. Solid bronze form has been beautiful tooled to bring out all the details from faces to feathers of this king riding on the back of an eagle. It sure looks like the king is ready to strike with something that is now missing but you can see by the patina that it has been missing for a very long time. On the bottom is a primitive bolt and a peg that once held it in place on top of something else other than the little wood stand that now holds it up. If anyone has any information other than this being a clock top please let me know as it’s much too old and primitive for that. I combine shipping so please ask me to invoice you before you pay.
