Here we have an uncommon early model oval COVERED CASSEROLE made by ALL-CLAD of France in the "Provence" pattern displaying a matte black anodized thick aluminum lid and base casserole pot. Each end side handle is marked, "All-Clad" and the bottom center is marked, "All-Clad ~ MADE IN FRANCE."It measures approx. 12-1/2" long (add 2" for each end handle grip) x 9-1/2" wide x 2-5/8" side high x 6" in total height with the slightly domed lid, can hold up to 80 ounces (2-1/2 quarts)...to the brim. It is in good maintained (used) shape with no chips or cracks, and is being offered in "as found" condition- not cleaned since acquired. It currently shows some minor exterior scuff/rub marks here and there (on corner edges as well), some interior utensil marks here and there (can be seen on photos #5, #6)...all of which are not offensive and to be expected with age and light use.Came from a private home kitchen of some years, however the exact age is unknown, pattern discontinued. This item weighs approx. 5-1/4 lbs., add 3 lbs. or so for the packing box and packing material. I combine shipping when safe and practical for all items purchased. Payment and shipping...
