Description: Here are 3 yards of brand new digital cotton fabric from Debi Payne for QT Fabrics. It is from the Festival series and is a super bright and fun design reminiscent of Mardi Gras or Carnival. It has small feathery, floral and paisley style patterns tossed allover on a deep black background. Digital printing allows for more colors than traditional wet printing. All of my fabrics are 100% cotton and the full 45" width unless otherwise specified. As always from a non-smoking environment. You can never have enough fabric in your stash. I attempt to picture and describe colors as accurately as possible, however please be aware that some colors can display differently due to different computer and monitor settings.
