With 120V on B+ and either plate, these wires output roughly 6, 7.1, 10.0, 14 VAC. so for 10V out, half the primary, 120:10 = 12 turns ratio, square to 144 impedance ratio, if 8 ohm speaker, primary B+ to one plate 1200 ohm, plate to plate to 8 ohm would be about 2.5KCT to 8 ohms or maybe 3KCT to 8 ohms. for the 7.1V output, 120:7.1 = 16.9 turns ratio, 286 impedance ratio, 8 ohms output with 2300 ohms plate to B+, or about 5KCT plate to plate to 8 ohm(thats also about 2.5KCT to 4 ohm). 5K-6KCT to 8 was popular, is perfect for push pull 5881 / 6L6 / 6L6GC pair.
