Description: Here we have an original Ford 1970 Mustang Mach 1 deck/trunk lid. Good solid condition, with no rust problems. We had this lid media blasted as a backup for a concourse 1970 Mach 1 restoration we recently completed, but the original cleaned up nicely, so we are selling this lid. A few minor dents as shown, and a small area of seam separation as shown. This lid fits perfectly, and shows no signs of previous damage or repair. Date code correct for a 1970, but will also fit on a 1969 Fastback. This lid has the oval cut outs for the rear spoiler application as shown. We have sprayed the top side with a light coat of epoxy primer to protect from rust. This is a nice lid for any upscale resto.
