Measures about 7-1/4" x 3-1/4", with four sides (all shown in the photos). Likely was sent with the credit card. Includes instructions on how to use the card, so from the early days of credit cards :-) Edges has some tanning (lighter on the rest of the pages), light edge and corner wear.
