Description: This sale is a City Plan of Tokuyama in Yamaguchi Prefecture, Honshu Japan. This is a first edition, developed by the US Army Map Service in 1945 as part of the war effort as part of AMS L902. The map was printed in February 1945 and shows the town before it was bombed in July. Also included is the catalog cards for the map, which gives detail on the map. The map is about 34" x 38" and the scale is about 1:12,500. It shows detail and has vivid colors. This map is suitable for framing and guaranteed original.
