Description: 1913-S GOOD Barber Quarter - KEY Date MY COMMENTS: THE GOOD NEWS: Nice Looking Key Date Coin, Decent Color & Eye Appeal, Has a little color tone but is mostly a silver white color. Nice details for a lower grade. The Y in LIBERTY shows. Some Wreath Details show, Very bold obverse rim. E PLURIBUS UNUM shows some letters. Some detail in the Eagle shows. It's typical for the barber coins to wear more on the reverse than the obverse. This coin is slightly cupped. This caused the coin to wear just a little differently than other coins because the reverse was protected a little from rubbing on other flat surfaces or coins. This protects the eagle and other details and is why we see a few letters in E PLURIBUS UNUM, some details in the eagle and why the Mint Mark looks nice. Low mintage of 40,000. Please bid with confidence because I stand behind what I sell. THE BAD NEWS: Cleaned long ago. I don't really see cleaning hairlines. It's just that the color of the coin is mostly a bright white. Still a pleasing KEY Date coin. TERMS: UNITED STATES BIDDERS ONLY. YOUR SATISFACTION IS A MUST !! I'VE BEEN INVOLVED WITH COINS FOR OVER 35+ YEARS WITH MANY HAPPY REPEAT CUSTOMERS
