This coin has 2 dates and a doubled profile, and the coin is certified UNC details. The details on this coin are "2" what look to be staple scratches, and I agree the reverse looks to be unc, but the obverse looks high AU to me. With that being said, this coin is about the ultra-rare double striking error. Non detail grade pre 1921 Morgan double strike error coin start at over 17,000 if and when they come to market. This coin looks like it was a proof like type coin when it was struck by the mint and the proof like surfaces highlight the doubled chin, nose and date.
