Description: Lovely original 1793 odd volume from La Mythologie mise a la Portée de Tout le Monde. This sale is for volume number 8 only. It is in overall very good condition with some typical signs of wear and age. The covers have some mild wear. The binding is good and sound. There is a nice old bookplate adhered to the front pastedown. The interior is generally nice and clean with just a couple of pages with a small old oval stamp and the occasional light bit of foxing or grubbiness. Along with that there may be the occasional page with some kind of other minor imperfection such as a small chip or tear, creased page corner, minor marking, etc. Generally though, it's a nice copy. The book is a small pocket sized volume which measures approximately 4 1/4 inches by 3 1/8 inches. It is beautifully illustrated with 8 hand colored plates.
