There is only one thing that he could not fix because a part is not available and unfortunately with so much vintage equipment the parts are just not there so to the Work around issue deals with the stop button . You have to make an adjustment when playing fast forward or reverse. So if you’re using the fast forward function and you wanna stop it you cannot hit the stop button first If you do it will eventually stop but the tape starts to loop so what you have to do is hit the reverse button when fast forwarding and just before it comes to a stop you hit the stop button . And when you are reversing it at high speed you have to hit the forward button when you’re ready to stop the tape . Just before it comes to a complete stop hit that stop button it’s really not difficult or a problem you get used to it And if you’re just playing it at normal speed you can hit the stop button anytime you want This does come with the dust cover it has some issues some scratching and one corner had to be repaired about an inch square but it is complete The teak veneer is just beautiful I see no issues at all cosmetically this is in very good condition And it comes with all of the manuals pictured
