The thicker the magnet, the stronger it is. These different thicknesses are 15 mil, 20 mil, 30 mil and 60 mil. 60 mil is the strongest and is used for heavy items mounted magnetically. 15 mil is the least strong but it is the cheapest and is perfect for items that will be sent through the mail. 20 mil works great for photos and 30 mil is for a quality save the date magnet with a nice weighty feel. We stock sheet magnet in rolls 24 3/8 inches wide by as long as you may need. So, you can buy full rolls from 10 feet long to 50 or more feet in length.
