It has been a popular favourite as Provia 100F for the past 15-16 years due to its extremely fine grain (RMS: 8), it's vibrant but natural colour (not enhanced or boosted colour like the Velvia films) and it's extraordinary ability to be pushed at least 2 to 3 x f stops with very little, if any, loss of contrast, colour or sharpness. It also has the same razor sharpness as the Velvia family of transparency films.
